用空心微珠作为基核,经过活化剂表面处理后,再镀覆纳米级铜、钛、镍等金属离子构成的吸波材料,作为航空隐形涂层材料、军事装备隐形涂层材料的填料应用,其红外光谱测试结果显示,在470—4500nm处,可抗红外辐射。

该产品质轻(密度小),相当于纯金属粉质量的1/10,性能稳定可靠,光波的吸收范围大,工艺简单、成本低。

Description 一种用于隐形材料的空心微珠 技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种空心微珠,特别是涉及一种表面镀覆有金属层的空心微珠,属于一种用于隐形材料的填充材料。

背景技术 随着科学技术的高速发展,航空材料取得了长足的进步,同样随着军事科学技术的发展,也带动了其它相关领域科技的进步。

军事航空用微珠隐形材料的出现,即为军事科技同材料科学相互促进的完美结合。

所谓军事上的隐形,是指采用先进的探测仪器,如声纳、雷达、红外探测器等手段所无法探测到的物体,这就要求将被探测的物体进行相应的处理—即隐形处理,使得该物体对上述的军事探测器的相应探测途径(如声、光、波等)的敏感性较差,甚至没有敏感性能,从而做到隐形。

如隐形飞机、隐形装甲车及隐形导弹等。

实现上述的隐形条件,除对其合成材料进行特殊处理外,最有效简捷的方法应属在物体表面涂刷隐形涂层,从而产生了隐形涂层(吸波)材料科研开发及产品制备科学技术的开展。

空心微珠隐形材料是融汇了声学、光电学、量子化学及电磁波理论诸多学科的技术知识于一身的科技产物,属于典型的高科技开发项目。

对于该产品的研制,美国起步较早,且已形成规模化生产。

由美国SDS(Spectral Dynamics Systems)公司生产的微珠粉末吸波材料,已成功地使用于F117隐形飞机的涂装。

采用该微珠隐形材料,可生产出有效地屏蔽电子设备、抗电磁波射频干扰产品,已经在爱国者导弹(PAC-3)及超地平巡航导弹上使用。

美国海军研究试验室及SOUTHLAND ENVIROGREEM公司研制的微珠粉末隐形涂层,也已应用于坦克的伪装,来对抗红外线辐射。

我国对于该项目的开发几乎为空白。

隐形材料的开发研制,需依据不同的隐形原理而进行。

如反雷达的电磁波,要求对电磁波信号反射率高,即信号衰减变形微小,对于吸收雷达电磁波,则要求吸收完全;对于红外线而言,要求隐形涂层对周围及物体自身的红外线完全屏蔽,而对于红外探测器所发出的红外线则要完全吸收。

从量子化学角度讲,凡是原子最外层(核外)存在不饱和或易被激发的电子时,均具有上述制备隐形材料的结构特征,如过渡元素的(n-1)d1.8ns2、(n-1)d10ns1.2等。

最初美国曾采用超微细铜粉配于树脂薄膜,涂刷于飞机表面,具有较好的隐形效果,但随之带来的不利因素是涂层的重量过大,严重增加了航空设备的动力负荷。

为了解决上述问题,科技人员一直在寻找一种既可以赋予隐形的特殊性要求,又不致于过大增加飞行器的动力负荷的新型隐形材料。

而空心微珠表面镀覆特定的金属后,以其为原料同树脂制备出隐形涂料则较好地解决了上述难题。

发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种质轻、耐磨、强度高、导热性低的空心微珠,这种镀覆金属层的空心微珠应用在隐形材料中,能有效地减轻涂料的重量,具有工艺简单、成本低等特点。

空心玻璃微珠是一种新型的非金属粉体材料,其粒度可依据不同的应用领域要求不同的粒度级配。

其主要成份为二氧化硅和三氧化二铝,外观呈自由流动的浅灰白色、灰色、黄褐色的微粉状。

镜下观察为透明的中空玻璃球体,酷似光彩夺目晶莹闪烁的珍珠。

本身具有能实现本实用新型所必须的优异性能,同时还具有耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀、自润滑等特性,化学稳定性好。

正是基于这些特殊的理化性能,为制备轻型隐形材料提供了好的前提条件。

为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:一种由微珠基核与玻璃体组成的用于隐形材料的空心微珠,其特点为:所述玻璃体外表面覆有一层活化层,在所述活化层表面还覆有金属层。

上述的空心微珠,其特点为:所述微珠基核的粒度为0.15μm,所述玻璃体由三氧化二铝、二氧化硅中的一种或两种组成。

上述的空心微珠,其特点为:所述活化层是由表面活性剂组成。

上述的空心微珠,其特点为:所述金属层外表面为不规则状。

上述的空心微珠,其特点为:所述金属层中的金属为铜或钛或镍中一种或两种以上组合物。

上述的空心微珠,其特点为:所述金属铜或钛或镍或铜镍组合物为纳米级微小粒子。

本实用新型空心微珠材料的隐形原理为:科学已证实光具有波粒二重性,在可见光的波长范围内,各种物体的微观粒子中核外电子在接受太阳光的光能后,电子由基态变为激发态,电子的激发方式的不同,使得各物质呈现出不同的色彩,即我们所见到的色彩斑斓大千世界。

而自然界中光的波长范围很广,从短的γ射线到长的电磁波,构成了较为全面的光谱图,其依次的排列为:γ射线、β射线、α射线、紫外线、可见光、红外线、远红外线、电磁波。

可知可见光只是其中的很小一部分,在可见光之外无法用肉眼观测。

但从可见光中各物质表现的呈色原理可知,采用不同的光源(如红外线)照射物体,其本身原子的电子会产生相应的变迁,借助相应的探测仪器,在不可见光波范围以外观察到该物体。

如海军用声纳发现海底的潜艇、雷达发射电磁波发现飞行器、红外探测器发射红外线测定空中飞机、导弹及地面的坦克等军事设施。

而隐形则恰恰相反,即使被探测的物体对上述的光波信号进行了完全的吸收或完全的反射,使探测器完全失灵。

微珠隐形材料隐形原理表现在,微珠表面经过活化处理后,镀覆的金属元素(如第一过渡金属元素),填加一定的树脂涂层,涂敷在军事设备(设备)上,对波长较大的电磁波,完全环绕或完全吸收电磁波,造成了一个无穷远点,使雷达看不到被测物体,提高隐形能力,或表面看上去很远但实际上已很近了。

而对于红外线的隐形,则表现出对红外线的完全吸收,和对周围红外线的完全反向(红外屏蔽)两方面。

涂有该隐形材料的设施,对其本身及周围环境红外线完全反向(红外屏蔽)如伪装后的坦克、导弹,其自身的红外线完全反向,观察者将会看到一个冷点,看不到其热的发动机:对于红外线探测器所发射的红外线则完全吸收,观察者将看到一个无限远点,从而使军事目标隐形,其理论解释符合爱因斯坦光能转换定律。

本实用新型的特点为:用空心微珠作为基核,经过活化剂表面处理后,再镀覆纳米级铜、钛、镍等金属离子所构成的吸波材料,作为航空隐形涂层材料、军事装备隐形涂层材料的填料应用,其红外光谱测试结果显示,在470-4500nm处,可抗红外辐射。

该产品质轻(密度小),相当于纯金属粉质量的1/10,性能稳定可靠,光波的吸收范围大,工艺简单、成本低。

具体实施方式 本实用新型由CO2冷却后所形成的空心微珠基核1与由三氧化二铝和二氧化硅等组成的玻璃体2组合为一体的空心微珠;并在玻璃体表面采用活化剂进行表面活化处理,形成活化层3,然后由铜(Cu2+)或镍(Ni2+)或钛金属离子或铜和镍组合物通过置换反应,使金属离子沉积形成了不规则的表面金属镀层4,即可制备成镀覆有金属涂层的空心微珠。

如图1所示,微珠基核1外层包覆玻璃体2,玻璃体2表面覆有活化层3,在活化层3上镀覆有金属层4,金属层4为不规则的表层状。

Claims(7) 1.一种用于隐形材料的空心微珠,由微珠基核(1)与玻璃体(2)组成,其特征在于:所述玻璃体(2)外表面覆有一层活化层(3),在所述活化层(3)表面还覆有金属层(4)。

2.根据权利要求1所述的空心微珠,其特征在于:所述微珠基核(1)的粒度为0-15μm。

3.根据权利要求1所述的空心微珠,其特征在于:所述玻璃体(2)由三氧化二铝、二氧化硅中的一种或两种组成。

4.根据权利要求1所述的空心微珠,其特征在于:所述活化层(3)是由表面活性剂组成。

5.根据权利要求1所述的空心微珠,其特征在于:所述金属层(4)外表面为不规则状。

6.根据权利要求1、5所述的空心微珠,其特征在于:所述金属层(4)中的金属为铜或钛或镍中一种或两种以上组合物。

7.根据权利要求6所述的空心微珠,其特征在于:所述金属铜或钛或镍或铜镍组合物体为纳米级微小粒子。
