[[三星鄉長黃錫墉]]“如果想使用我們公所的標幟，基本上你一定要用正港的三星蔥，相關的衛生品質，我們都會作嚴格的規定”在地公所大費周章研發商標，還正式向經濟部申請註冊，一旦審核通過，最快明年1月，就能正式啟用。
