In the Print window, (1) under Export, select Workbook. (2) Tick Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 for the selection, and (3) click Apply. Finally (4) click Export. SeeallHow-ToArticles ThistutorialwillshowhowtosavemultiplesheetsasPDFinExcelandGoogleSheets.     ExportMultipleSheetsasPDF Bydefault,whenyousaveanExcelfileasaPDF,onlythefirstworksheetissaved.However,youcanselectmultiplesheetstosaveasPDF.SupposeyouhavethefollowingExcelfilewiththreesheets(Sheet1,Sheet2,andSheet3)withthesamedata.     SelectalltheworksheetsyouwanttosaveasPDF.HolddowntheCTRLkeyandclickonthetabsofeachsheetyouwanttosave(Sheet1andSheet2).     IntheRibbon,selectFile >Export     SelectCreatePDF/XPSDocumentandclickCreatePDF/XPS.     IntheSearchwindow,enter(1)anameand(2)adestinationforthefile,andthen(3)clickPublish.
