智慧型手機的出現也讓這種網 路觀影的方式被大眾所接受。

•2007年，法國影像論壇在「第三屆口袋影展」 提出，強調人們從電影、電視到電腦之後，手 機視窗成為日常生活中不可或缺的第四螢幕。

於是微電影、口袋電影、手機電影的名詞開始 出現在各大影展的參賽項目中。

3. 微電影的特色 •「微電影」(Microfilm)是一種帶有故事 性，片長在40分鐘以內的微型短片，通 常創作者會以一些出乎意料的結局、或 不常見的奇特拍攝手法，希望在短時間 內吸引觀眾，直接切入故事的主題或氛 圍。
