Quotas Toprovideagreatuserexperience,GooglePlayenforcesatime-boundquotaon howoftenausercanbeshownthereviewdialog.Becauseofthisquota,calling thelaunchReviewFlowmethodmorethanonceduringashortperiodoftime(for example,lessthanamonth)mightnotalwaysdisplayadialog.
