Signsandsymptomsincludefever,chills,sweating,malaise,weakness,anorexia,weightloss,splenomegaly,flu-likefeeling,cardiacmurmur,heartfailure,petechia(redspotsontheskin),Osler'snodes(subcutaneousnodulesfoundonhandsandfeet),Janewaylesions(nodularlesionsonpalmsandsoles),andRoth'sspots(retinalhemorrhages).
