Kindlyreplytothisemail. 這兩者之間，有差別嗎？ 沒錯！Please其實跟Kindly是一樣的意思呦！但其實想要有禮貌的提出要求，也可以多多運用以下句型： Iwaswonderingifyouwouldbewillingto….（我在想您是否願意…） Iwaswonderingifyouwould/could…（我在想您是否願意/可以…） Ifyoudon’tmind,couldyou…?（如果您不介意，可以請您…嗎？） Could/wouldyou….?（您可以…嗎？您願意…嗎？） 像是Pleasereplytothisemail.你可以換成Couldyoupleasehelpmeconfirmthefollowinginformation?（能請您協助我確認以下資訊嗎？） 此外，這5個訣竅你也可以試著練習使用看看，都是能讓妳的信件或是問句更婉轉的好方法喔！ ＃用I’dlike取代Iwant 小時候，老師一定是這樣教你的：Iwantto…，但這其實聽起來比較像是命令式的說話方式，這時候你可以改用I’dlike…這樣別人聽起來也比較順耳喔！ ＃用禮貌問句代替祈使句 當你需要自己的時間工作或是思考人生時，你可以用Couldyougivemeaminute?（可以給我一分鐘嗎？）取代Leavemealone（讓我一個人），是不是聽起來比較婉轉，不會得罪人呢？ ＃用I取代You開頭的句子 如果你想指出別人的錯誤時，最好用比較不直接的方式繞一個彎說，千萬別說「No,Youarewrong.」（你錯了），不妨換句話說：「Ithinkyoumightbemistaken.」或者是「I’mafraidIdisagree.」（抱歉我不同意你的看法) ＃用good取代bad “這是個不好的想法”你會怎麼翻譯？如果你也是翻譯成“That’sabadidea”，其實沒有錯，但是聽起來就會讓人心情變差，下次就用「I’mnotsosurethat’sagoodidea」（我不確定那是不是一個好的做法）吧！ ＃別說Idon’tlike Idon’tlike會給人一種你真的很排斥他替你選擇的東西，如果遇這種想拒絕又不好意思拒絕的場合，不彷試著用「I’mnottoofondofthecolorsinthisdesign.」（我不太愛這個設計的顏色耶），或「I’dprefertotrydifferentcolorsinthisdesign.」（我想試試同款設計的其他顏色）來回答。
