ByinstallingtheSoftware,youareagreeingtobeboundby thesetermsandconditionsintheAgreement. Ifyoudonot agreewiththesetermsandconditions,pleasedonotinstall, copyorusetheSoftware.   1.DEFINITION:TheSoftwareintheAgreementincludes   aprogramoradatafilemadeandprovidedbythe   Company,andmayincludeassociatedmedia,printed   materialsandanyonlineorelectronicdocumentation,   allofwhichareprovidedbytheCompany.   2.GRANTOFLICENSE:TheCompanygrantstoyoua   non-exclusiverighttousetheSoftwareonanunlimited   numberofpersonalcomputersprovidedthatyouremain   responsibleforthecomplianceofeachuserwiththe   termsandconditionshereof. TheCompanyreserves   allrightsnotexpresslygrantedundertheAgreement.   3.OWNERSHIPOFINTELLECTUALPROPERTY:   TheCompanyretainsallrights,titleandownershipto   theSoftware,andthecopyrightandanyotherintellectual   propertiesconcerningtheSoftware.     4.COPYRESTRICTIONS:YoumaynotcopytheSoftware,   exceptthatyoumaymakeasinglecopyoftheSoftware   foryourownbackuporarchivalpurposesonly. You   maynotusethebackupcopyforanypurposeotherthan   reinstallingtheSoftwareinthecomputermentioned   YinProvision2. Youareheldlegallyresponsibleforany   copyingorcopyrightinfringementwhichiscausedor   encouragedbyyourfailuretoabidebythetermsof   thisrestriction.    5.TRANSFERRESTRICTIONS:Youmaynotallowthe   Softwaretobeusedbyanyoneelsethroughtransfer,   rent,leaseoranyothermeans,whetherwithcompensation   ornot,withoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheCompany.    6.MODIFICATIONANDREVERSEENGINEERING   RESTRICTIONS: Youmaynotreverseengineer,   disassemble,decompile,modify,adapt,translate,   orcreatederivativeworksbasedontheSoftware,delete   ormodifytheintellectualpropertymarkintheSoftware   withoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheCompany.    7.TERMINATION:ThisAgreementiseffectiveuntilterminated.   TheAgreementwillterminateautomatically,withoutnotice   fromtheCompanyandbecomenullandvoidifyoufailto   complywithanyprovisionsoftheAgreement. Upon   termination,theCompanymayrequestyoutodestroythe   SoftwareandallcopiesoftheSoftware. Inadditionto,   orinsteadoftherequestmentionedabove,theCompanymay   requestyoutodestroytheSoftwareandallrequestmentioned   above,theCompanymayclaimdamagesagainstyou.    8.LIMITEDWARRANTY:TheCompanydisclaimsall   warranties,express,implied,statutoryorotherwise,including    withoutlimitation,theimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantability,    fitnessforaparticularpurpose,andnonexistenceofvirus   withrespecttotheSoftware.    9.LIMITATIONOFLIABILITY:Innoevent,shalltheCompany   beliableforanyincidental,indirect,specialordamages   consequentialdamages(including,withoutlimitation,    damagesforlossofbusinessprofit,businessinterruption,   lossofbusinessinformation,oranyotherpecuniaryloss)   arisingoutoftheuseorinabilitytousetheSoftwareorin   anyconnectionwiththeSoftware,exceptthatsuchdamages   arecausedbytheCompany'sintentionorgrossnegligence.   10.GOVERNINGLAWANDJURISDICTION:   (1) ThisAgreementshallbeconstruedinaccordancewith      thelawsofJapan.   (2) Anylegalactiontoenforceorinterpretthetermsof      thisAgreementshallbebroughtexclusivelyinthe       TokyoDistrictCourt,Tokyo,Japan.    Iagreetotheabovelicenseterms.     Applicableproducts OSes Version Size Download CS2730 macOSHighSierra(10.13) macOSSierra(10.12) OSXElCapitan(10.11) OSXYosemite(10.10) OSXMavericks(10.9) OSXMountainLion(10.8) MacOSX10.7.5 MacOSX10.6.8 1.0002 2.46 MB Home  >  Support  >  SoftwareandDriversDownload PageTop
