Thisisalegalagreementbetweenyou(anindividualoracorporation)andBossCorporation(hereinreferredtoas"Boss")regardingtheusageofthissoftwareproduct(hereinreferredtoas"SOFTWARE").PleasereadcarefullythetermsofthisLicenseAgreementbeforeinstallingorusingtheSOFTWARE.Byinstalling,copying,orstartingtheuseoftheSOFTWARE,youherebyconsenttothetermsofthisLicenseAgreement. 1.GRANTOFLICENSE Bossgrantsyouthefollowingnon-exclusiverightstousetheSOFTWAREinaccordancewiththetermsofthisLicenseAgreement. (a)YoumayonlyusetheSOFTWAREonaspecificsinglecomputeratonetime.UseoftheSOFTWAREshallincludeloadingtheSOFTWAREintotemporarymemory(i.e.,RAM)orinstallingtheSOFTWAREintostoragemedia(i.e.,harddisk)ofthecomputeronwhichyouwillusetheSOFTWARE. (b)YoumaymakeonecopyoftheSOFTWAREforbackuppurposesonly(onfloppydisk,magnetoopticaldisk,DATorthesimilarmedia),butyouareprohibitedtomakeanyothercopy. 2.COPYRIGHT TheSOFTWAREanditscopyrightsarethepropertyofBossandareprotectedbyallinternationalcopyrightlawsandtreaties. Therefore,youmusttreattheSOFTWARElikeanyothercopyrightedmaterial(i.e.,abookoraCD).AllrightsthatarenotprovidedforhereinarereservedbyBoss. 3.OTHERRESTRICTIONS (a)Youshallnotmodify,change,reverseengineer,decompile,ordisassembletheSOFTWAREandthecopyrightnoticeandcopyrightedlogo. Unauthorizedcopying,uploadingtoanothernetwork,distributing,modifyingand/orattachingthissoftwaretoothermediaoranyothersalesitemisexpresslyforbidden. (b)Youshallnotloan,rent,lease,sublicenseortransfertheSOFTWARE,eitherinwholeorinpart,toanythirdparty.ButyoumaypermanentlytransfertheSOFTWAREandaccompanyingprintedmaterialsprovidedyouretainnocopiesoftheSoftwareandrecipientagreestothetermsofthisLicenseAgreement.IftheSOFTWAREhasbeenupdatedorupgraded,anytransferoftheSOFTWAREmustincludethemostrecentupdateandallpriorversions. (c)IfthisSOFTWAREcontainsmultipletemplatesofmedia(suchasfloppydisksandCD-ROM)andthesemediacontainthesamesoftware,youmayuseonlytheoneformofmediathatisappropriateforyourcomputer.Youshallnotusetheremainingform(s)ofmediaonanothercomputer. (d)YoumaynotusetheSoftwarefrommultiplelocationsofamulti-userornetworkedsystematanytime. 4.NOWARRANTY Bossmakesnowarranty,eitherexpressedorimplied,withrespecttoanyofthesoftware,including,withoutlimitation,anyimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityorfitnessforaparticularpurpose. 5.NOLIABILITY Bosscannotreplytoinquiriesregardingthissystemsoftwareupdater.Pleasereadtheinstructionscompletely,andpleasenotethatyoushouldusetheSOFTWAREATYOUROWNRISK. InnoeventshallBossbeliabletoend-usersforanydamageswhatsoever,includingbutnotlimitedtofinancialdamagesforanylossofprofitsorinformationarisingfromtheuseof,orinabilitytousethisproduct.TheforegoingprovisioniseffectiveevenifBosshasbeenadvisedofthepossibilityofsuchdamages.EveniftheSOFTWAREhasanymaterial,verifiable,andreproducibleprogramerrors,Bossshallhavenoliabilitytomodifysucherrors. 6.TERMINATIONOFTHELICENSE BossreservestherighttoterminatethisLicenseAgreementifyoufailtocomplywithanyofthetermsofthisLicenseAgreement.Uponsuchtermination,youshallimmediatelystopusingtheSOFTWARE. 7.GENERAL (a)AnyprovisionofthisAgreementwhichisprohibitedorunenforceableinanyjurisdictionshallbeineffectivetotheextentofsuchprohibitionorunenforceabilitywithoutaffecting,impairingorinvalidatingtheremainingprovisionshereof.
