舉例來說，我們製做一份報告時，會先收集大量的資料， 在從這堆資料中找出可以運用在報告的資訊，配合自己的 想法和做法去完成這份報告，當你完成這份報告後，從報 告中所學習到的東西便會轉變成自己的知識。

5. 何謂知識管理？ 把個人及群體得到的知識進行有效管理，則是知識管理的最根 本目的。

知識管理的第一步是把隱性知識轉化成顯性知識，然 後加以保存。

久而久之，保存了的顯性知識匯集成一個知識庫，而知識庫裡 的東西需要不斷的更新以確保透過知識庫而進行持續而有效率 的知識分享。

組織中構建一個量化與質化的知識系統，讓組織中的資訊與知 識，透過獲得、創造、分享、整合、記錄、存取、更新、創造 等過程，不斷的回饋到知識系統內，形成永不間斷的累積個人 與組織的知識成為組織智慧的循環，在企業組織中成為管理與 應用的智慧資本，有助於企業做出正確的決策，以應變市場的 變化。

6. WIZ(為知個人知識管理) 7. 簡介 為知個人知識管理，統稱為Wiz，是網路個人 知識管理的軟體，由WizBrother公司所開發。

此軟 體以使用者欲記錄的資料為核心，提供實用且方便 的工具。

有了網路的幫助，還可以在手機或是網站 上使用而不用下載安裝軟體，只要登入帳號，不論 在電腦或是手機，都能使用及查看之前所儲存的資 料，方便使用者處理個人資訊。
