對於想要拓展烈酒和甜烈酒方面專業知識的人士，您將瞭解到基本的生產方式和主要原材料，探尋它們被用於釀造哪些主要的烈酒類型。

您還會學習到烈酒侍酒的主要方法和原理，以及烈酒在雞尾酒中的用法。

成功地學完本課程後，您將獲得一份WSET認證資格證書及一枚徽章，並可使用相關的WSET認證標誌。

惟您必須年滿上課所在國家/地區的法定飲酒年齡，才可參與品酒活動。

得到此認證需通過50題複選題的閉書考試評核。

本資格由Ofqual監管。

上課須知：以最佳學習態度準時到場您將會收到二級的課本，練習本，和二級SAT卡請攜帶書寫用具請攜帶六隻無色無味的品酒杯。
